About the Role:
ACT Global Tech Industries is looking for a skilled Electronic Technician to join our team in San Antonio, TX! This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and refurbishing electronic servo power supplies and servo drives, while ensuring all units meet quality standards before returning to customers.


Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and test 3-phase 240 & 480 VAC power supplies and servo drives
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools
• Perform component-level repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
• Reassemble units and conduct formal quality control testing to verify readiness for shipment
• Execute quality control procedures on all repaired units prior to release to customers

Qualifications

• Required: Ability to troubleshoot to the component level, including through-hole and surface-mount soldering
• Preferred: Experience with 3-phase servo drives
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical assembly, soldering, troubleshooting, and/or repair
   (manufacturing or related electrical/mechanical trade experience acceptable)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
