    Job Description

    We are looking for an electronics tech that can troubleshoot PCB's using schematics, read assembly drawings, assemble electronic systems and follow checkout procedures.
     
    seeking an Electronics Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling electronic systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working from schematics and assembly drawings, troubleshooting printed circuit boards (PCBs), and following established procedures to assemble, test, and verify electronic equipment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Troubleshoot electronic circuits and PCBs using schematics and technical documentation
    • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
    • Assemble electronic systems, components, and subassemblies
    • Perform wiring, component installation, and electronic assembly
    • Use electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to identify problems
    • Follow established checkout, testing, and verification procedures
    • Identify faulty components, wiring issues, and assembly problems
    • Make repairs or adjustments as needed
    • Document test results, troubleshooting findings, and completed work
    • Follow engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality procedures
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Hands-on electronics technician or electronic assembly experience
    • Ability to troubleshoot PCBs using schematics
    • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and electrical schematics
    • Experience assembling electronic systems or complex electronic assemblies
    • Ability to follow detailed checkout and test procedures
    • Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, or similar equipment
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify problems systematically
    • Ability to work independently while following established procedures

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • PCB-level troubleshooting and repair
    • Electronic system integration and testing
    • Wiring, soldering, crimping, and cable assembly
    • Experience in a manufacturing, production, engineering, or test environment
    • Experience working from engineering drawings and controlled documentation

    IDEAL CANDIDATE

    The strongest candidate will be someone who can look at a schematic, understand how the circuit is supposed to work, troubleshoot the PCB when it doesn't, and then assemble and test the finished electronic system according to established procedures.
