Description
Electronic Test Lab Tech needs 3+ years of experience working in electronics testing laboratory
Electronic Test Lab Tech requires:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or an engineering field with an emphasis on electronics packaging and thermal management.
Basic knowledge of electronics assembly, thermal management and thermal interface materials
Ability to gather, understand, and interpret mechanical, thermal and chemical test data.
Understanding of mathematical and statistical methods relevant to thermal performance testing
Solid interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Power Point, Word & Excel. Familiarity with Statistical Analysis Software is
Electronic Test Lab Tech duties:
Executes engineering test requests accurately and efficiently while adhering to site safety practices
Operate various lab equipment including robotic liquid dispensing equipment, thermal performance testing systems, Pick&Place machines, microscopes, and mechanical property testers.
Draft technical testing reports using digital documentation tools.
Performs internal and external lab demonstrations and training.
