    Description

    Electronic Test Lab Tech needs 3+ years of experience working in electronics testing laboratory

    Electronic Test Lab Tech requires:

    • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or an engineering field with an emphasis on electronics packaging and thermal management.
    • Basic knowledge of electronics assembly, thermal management and thermal interface materials
    • Ability to gather, understand, and interpret mechanical, thermal and chemical test data.
    • Understanding of mathematical and statistical methods relevant to thermal performance testing
    • Solid interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledgeable in Power Point, Word & Excel. Familiarity with Statistical Analysis Software is

    Electronic Test Lab Tech duties:

    • Executes engineering test requests accurately and efficiently while adhering to site safety practices
    • Operate various lab equipment including robotic liquid dispensing equipment, thermal performance testing systems, Pick&Place machines, microscopes, and mechanical property testers.
    • Draft technical testing reports using digital documentation tools.
    • Performs internal and external lab demonstrations and training.
