The Army Multi-Domain ISR Operations and Systems department, part of MITRE's Army Program Division within MITRE National Security, is dedicated to advancing the Army's capabilities in intelligence collection, processing, actionable decision-making, and electromagnetic operations, including disrupting adversary systems and enhancing operational effectiveness.
The department supports the Army's efforts to design, deliver, and sustain cutting-edge technologies that strengthen multi-domain intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations across a range of mission areas, including Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), intelligence targeting systems, ISR sensors, assured Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT), electromagnetic situational awareness, and non-kinetic effects.

The Army Multi-Domain ISR Operations and Systems department is seeking a Lead Engineer/ Scientist focused on technical areas that include:
Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will develop innovative electronic warfare (EW) techniques to counter advanced radar and communications threats found on the modern battlefield. The work requires an in-depth understanding of radar, communications, and navigation systems, along with the ability to identify and exploit associated vulnerabilities through electromagnetic attack.
Candidates will work as part of a team to develop signal processing approaches and then prototype these methods to demonstrate feasibility. They must have background in RF technologies, including antennas and software-defined receivers, and demonstrate the ability to lead and manage hardware and software development teams to rapidly implement candidate EW techniques.
