What we can't train is care.What You'll Earn$17.10 per hour starting base payAdditional $1.00 per hour Perfect Attendance Incentive for eligible employees - up to $18.10/hour*Performance incentives with opportunities to earn moreDay shift only - your evenings are yours4½-day work week with an early finish every FridayMinimal mandatory overtime; optional overtime availableSteady, year-round work with a growing manufacturer*The $1.00/hour Perfect Attendance Incentive is available to eligible employees who meet the requirements of the incentive program and is applied to every hour worked during the applicable pay period.What You'll DoEvery day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and quality requirementsMatch, fit, and secure small parts using hand tools, air tools, and power toolsPerform functional and electrical tests using specialized testing equipment to verify assemblies meet standardsRead and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation for your areaIdentify and report defects, assembly issues, or quality concerns to your supervisorComplete production and quality records accuratelyCross-train in additional assembly areas as your skills developMaintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirementsWhat We're Looking ForWe hire people who show up, pay attention to detail, and take pride in work that's built right - because the products that leave our facility carry our name.High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or production experience is helpful but not required - we'll train the right personComfort with detailed, repetitive work involving small componentsAbility to read and follow written work instructions and diagramsTechnical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and test equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and the ability to work well with your teamReliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safetyIf you've built models, worked on small engines, repaired electronics as a hobby, or held any job where precision mattered - tell us about it.
