About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and shipping advanced radio communication and electronic equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble or modify electrical/electronic equipment (e.g., computers, test equipment, telemetering systems, electric motors, batteries).
  • Follow build documentation and verbal/written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Operate light fabrication and torque equipment.
  • Perform soldering and other fine assembly tasks with precision.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Rotate between various positions based on business needs.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the process.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in electronics or electrical assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret build documentation.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
