Human Bees is hiring Assembly Associates in San Jose/Sunnyvale, CA for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading global manufacturing company.
You'll work in a fast-paced production environment supporting assembly, material handling operations.
What You'll Do
Perform basic assembly and production tasks
Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Receive shipments and verify inventory
Use RF scanners and pallet jacks as needed
Maintain organized inventory and staging areas
Inspect materials and products for damage or defects
Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Support daily production and warehouse goals
What We're Looking For
Previous assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Strong teamwork and communication skills
English proficiency required
Mandarin is a plus
RF scanner/inventory experience is a plus
