Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Electronics Assembler workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Fridley, MN. In this role, you’ll assemble electronic components and help produce high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do as an Electronics Assembler:- Perform assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and products
- Read and follow work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions
- Crimp, strip, and connect wires, cables, and terminals
- Mount and assemble components such as connectors, transformers, and circuits
- Use hand tools and power tools such as soldering equipment, drills, and presses
- Inspect completed work for quality and follow safety procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Electronics Assembler Role:- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics
- Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, ruler, caliper) preferred
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- High school diploma or GED required; must be 18+
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
