They collaborate with quality, engineering, and test teams to address non-conformances, debug issues, and document discrepancies. The role requires reading drawings, experience with PCB rework, hardware torque, and attention to detail.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, experience with electronic assemblies, soldering, and cable wiring, with certifications like IPC A 610, J STD 001, and WHMA A 620 preferred.
