Electronics Assembler

Location: Round Rock, TX
Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience and shift
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

A well-established manufacturing company in Round Rock is hiring Electronics Assemblers to support the production of electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who enjoys detailed work, following procedures, and being part of a team-focused production environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assemble electronic components, small parts, cables, and subassemblies.
  • Perform basic product testing and inspection as required.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Work in an ESD-safe production environment.
  • Read and follow blueprints, engineering specifications, and written instructions.
  • Use measuring tools as needed for product inspection.
  • Assist with packing, kitting, cleaning, and preparing subassemblies or finished products.
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Notify leadership of any safety, quality, or production concerns.
  • Support other production and assembly tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous electronics assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of electronics industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with box build, cable assembly, or power-related products is helpful.
  • Ability to read and understand written work instructions.
  • Ability to read blueprints or engineering specifications preferred.
  • Ability to use basic measuring devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts.
  • Ability to multitask and meet production deadlines.
  • Must be dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to work overtime or weekends as production needs require.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, carrying, bending, stooping, and crouching.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Must follow all required safety procedures and wear required PPE.
