Description

FieldBridge is looking for an Assembler in Sugar Land, Texas, to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $23-26/hr DOE. 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Great opportunity for OT. At $26/hr and 48 hours a week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,352.00/ gross.

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing electronic products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring components meet quality standards, including circuit board assembly and soldering.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components across all product lines, selecting the correct tools and fixtures
  • Test assembled products; troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues
  • Read blueprints, identify components, and use hand tools and rework techniques to set tolerances on mechanical parts and assemblies
  • Perform soldering and assembly of printed circuit boards, using a microscope for extended periods as needed
  • Create labor records for all transactions and apply continuous improvement principles from the Manufacturing System

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of relevant assembly experience
  • J-STD-001 certification required
  • IPC-610 certification required
  • Ability to read design drawings and identify electronic components (PCBs)
  • Understanding of quality standards and ability to identify solder defects
  • Basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred
  • English language proficiency
