Day in the Life — Arlington, TX 76001

Each day you’ll bring products to life and prove they work. You’ll start at a clean, organized bench, assemble electronic subassemblies to specification, run validation procedures, and chase down any issues using your troubleshooting toolkit. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and production, document everything you test, and help keep our quality bar high for every unit that ships.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and test electronic components and full systems against drawings, specs, and quality standards.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and correct defects; perform methodical troubleshooting to root cause.
  • Record test outcomes and maintain precise build/test documentation.
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing to refine build methods and improve product quality.
  • Keep your area orderly and safe, following all safety practices and procedures.
  • Support onboarding by showing new teammates how to assemble and test the right way.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics (preferred).
  • Hands-on background assembling and testing electronic hardware or comparable products.
  • Sharp attention to detail and comfort following complex, step-by-step work instructions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Familiarity with standard hand tools and common test equipment.
