Overview
RAM Technologies is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician to support production of wire-to-board assemblies. This role focuses on precision hand soldering, assembly, and quality workmanship in a low-volume, high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of wire-to-board connections 
• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies 
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and BOMs 
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy 
• Maintain clean and organized workstations 
• Support general production and assembly tasks as needed 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronics assembly or soldering experience 
• Strong hand soldering skills (wire-to-board) 
• Ability to read basic drawings and instructions 
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Reliable and consistent work ethic 
• Experience with IPC standards preferred (not required) 

Work Environment & Schedule

• Standard bench soldering environment 
• Small team, hands-on production setting 
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday
