Job Description:
The Operations Associate is a bargaining represented position and responsible for reading and interpreting test procedures and electronic schematics to perform testing of circuit card assemblies, module assemblies, cables, and integrated systems. Interpret test results to ensure product performance integrity, as well as troubleshoot digital, analog, and RF electronics to component level as required. Perform mechanical and / or electrical and electronic assembly with minimal supervision by reading and interpreting mechanical assembly drawings, processes, and flows to ensure proper assembly and perform any required verification/validation of mechanical assembly.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary for this role is $31.78/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
