RPC Company is hiring four (4) Electronics Assembly Technicians for a major aerospace and defense manufacturer in Plano, Texas. You'd be building satellite communication systems — SATCOM terminals, antenna assemblies, RF chassis, and ruggedized enclosures — for U.S. defense and commercial aerospace programs.

The site sponsors and pays for your DoD Secret clearance and covers your IPC certification. A clearance takes months and costs thousands, no individual can obtain one on their own, and once it's yours it stays with you for the rest of your career. Cleared technicians earn more, permanently.

Before you apply: this position supports U.S. defense programs and requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Federal regulation limits clearance eligibility to U.S. citizens. RPC Company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

What you'll do

Assemble and integrate SATCOM terminals, antenna and reflector assemblies, RF chassis, and ruggedized enclosures
Install and route coaxial cable, wire harnesses, connectors, and power distribution
Build to print from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
Hand solder, crimp, and terminate connectors to workmanship standards
Apply torque to specification using calibrated tools, and perform continuity and pin-out checks
Support engineering on prototype builds, first article inspections, and new product introduction
Follow IPC, ESD, FOD, safety, and export control procedures, and keep travelers accurate
