Electronics Assembly Technician (1st Shift) - Direct Hire
Local employer seeking a detail oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to support the production of high quality circuit boards and electronic assemblies.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Inspect and perform touch up work on SMT components
Manual assembly of thru-hole components onto printed circuit boards “PCB’s” using blueprints, bill of material charts, process sheets, drawings and or verbal instructions
Soldering of thru-hole components
Conduct in process inspections of PCBs
Mechanical assembly of various hardware using blueprints, bill of material charts, process sheets, drawings and or verbal instructions
Qualifications:
Knowledge of soldering techniques
Knowledge of electronics components
Prior PCB assembly experience
Ability to identify and distinguish color coded components
Positive attitude and the motivation to excel
Ability to work well with others; team-oriented
