Job Summary

We are seeking Electronics Assembly Technicians / Solderers with hands-on experience in electronic assembly, precision soldering, wiring, and rework. Candidates should be comfortable working with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards in a production environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform SMT and through-hole soldering and electronic assembly.

- Build and repair wire harnesses and cable assemblies.

- Read schematics, engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.

- Perform inspection, rework, desoldering, and basic troubleshooting.

- Use microscopes, soldering equipment, hand tools, and test equipment.

- Maintain quality and production documentation.

Requirements

- 1 3+ years of electronics assembly/manufacturing experience.

- Hands-on soldering, wiring, crimping, and rework experience.

- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.

- Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and fine-motor skills.

- IPC/J-STD certification and Class 2/Class 3 experience preferred.
