Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for an Electronics Component Specialist to join our Dayton, Ohio team. The position provides an opportunity to join a fast-paced elite team whose primary mission is to support our Nation's War Fighters. The candidate for this position shall be a self-starter who can work independently, unsupervised, and with little guidance. The candidate will have an opportunity to be a member of a world-class team consisting of talented and dedicated engineers, technicians, and professionals who work together to interrupt and challenge the status quo to design and develop state-of-the-art technologies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking an Electronics Component Specialist to maintain comprehensive lifecycle accountability for Government-Furnished Property (GFP), Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP), mission equipment, and associated technical assets from acquisition through disposition. The selected Logistician will have responsibility for the following areas: - Establish and maintain authoritative asset inventories that support engineering, logistics, and cybersecurity requirements, ensuring hardware, software, firmware, and accountable property remain traceable throughout the system lifecycle.
- Support organizational compliance with applicable NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, and DoD asset management requirements by maintaining accurate inventories, asset identification, ownership records, location tracking, configuration status, and disposal documentation.
- Coordinate with Configuration Management, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, and Information Technology personnel to ensure deployed assets remain synchronized with approved configuration baselines and authorized inventories.
- Perform periodic physical inventories, reconciliation activities, and asset audits to identify discrepancies, support risk assessments, and ensure accountability of controlled equipment and sensitive technologies.
- Develop and maintain logistics documentation, equipment databases, maintenance records, shipping/receiving documentation, and lifecycle replacement plans supporting mission readiness and sustainment.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, supply chain management or related field.
- Experience with enterprise asset management systems, ERP/property accountability systems, or automated inventory management tools is highly desired.
CITIZENSHIP/SECURITY CLEARANCE: - U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance required. Active clearance preferred.
