    Lead Electronics Engineer
    Location: Austin, TX | Full-Time

    Synigent Technologies is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer for our client to lead the design and development of advanced electronic systems for next-generation UAV and autonomous platforms. This role will provide technical leadership across hardware architecture, power systems, digital and analog circuit design, product validation, and engineering team development.

    The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing complex embedded electronics, leading engineering teams, and bringing products from concept through production. This individual will play a key role in establishing engineering standards, driving technical decisions, and building scalable, high-reliability systems for demanding aerospace and defense applications.

    Key Requirements:
    • 6+ years of electronics hardware design experience
    • Strong expertise in digital, analog, and power electronics design
    • Experience with PCB design, EMC compliance, and hardware validation
    • Proven ability to lead engineering teams and technical projects
    • Hands-on experience with laboratory test and measurement equipment
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

    Preferred Experience:
    • UAV, aerospace, robotics, defense, or autonomous systems industries
    • High-reliability electronic systems and power architecture design
    • Altium Designer and circuit simulation tools
    • Product development from prototype through production
