What You’ll Do
- Solder electronic components with precision and consistency
- Run assembly equipment such as hydraulic presses, drill presses, and welding machines
- Support flow by rotating across various work cells
- Package finished products and keep your station clean and orderly
- Follow established quality procedures and help drive continuous improvement
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated soldering skill set
- Comfort working toward daily rate/target expectations
- Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and skill with hand tools and basic measurement devices
Physical Demands
- Lift up to 20 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally
- Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
