Electronics Manufacturing Technician (SMT / PCB Assembly)
Location: Wrentham, MA
Pay: $25/hr+ (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Operate and support Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production equipment
Set up, run, and maintain:
- Pick-and-place machines
- SMT screen printers
- Reflow ovens
- 3D AOI systems
- X-ray inspection equipment
Perform inspection and quality verification of PCB assemblies
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
Support continuous improvement and production efficiency
SMT programming experience is highly valued

Qualifications

3–5+ years of SMT manufacturing experience
Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes
Experience with 3D AOI and X-ray inspection
Ability to read work instructions, schematics, and documentation
Experience in regulated or high-reliability environments (medical, defense, aerospace) is a plus
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
