TMD Staffing is hiring Electronics Manufacturing Verifiers for a growing manufacturing company in Pharr, Texas. If you have experience inspecting products, checking quality, or working in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do

• Inspect assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Verify that the correct parts and components are installed according to work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Use microscopes, magnifying lights, and other inspection tools to identify defects.
• Identify and report products that do not meet quality standards.
• Complete inspection records and quality documentation accurately.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production team members.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or production preferred.
• Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, work instructions, and parts lists.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspect small components and distinguish colors.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
