Compensation: $16.00–$18.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for an LED components manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality LED products by performing assembly, inspection, and shipping tasks in a clean manufacturing environment. What You'll Do as a Production Associate:- Learn to solder electrical components according to specifications (training provided)
- Perform quality inspections on finished products before shipment
- Package products for shipment
- Prepare customer orders for shipping
- Measure LED light components to ensure order accuracy
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:- Experience using hand tools, power tools, or similar equipment preferred
- Warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work with small parts and delicate components
- Willingness to learn soldering and electronics assembly
- Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards
