Electronics Production Manager (AD-TECH16)

Alpha Data is a leading global supplier of high-performance FPGA accelerator boards, computer platforms and support software.  The company was established in Edinburgh, Scotland 1993, and expanded with the opening of a Colorado office in fall 2010.

Alpha Data is seeking an experienced Electronics Production Manager for our Colorado office.  This is an exciting opportunity with a small successful company to help launch new products.  Our modern office is located in Littleton Colorado at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

Compensation: Competitive Salary: $75K-$110K (adjusted for experience) Full flexible benefits provided: medical, dental, disability, health FSA, dependent FSA, tuition assistance, and 401k retirement. Generous vacation and PTO allowances.

Required Experience: Minimum - High School Diploma or Technical Certificate. Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or related field. Minimum - 4 years of related job experience. IPC Certifications - training will be provided after hire.

Required Skills: Familiarity with automated and script-based test software, multimeters, ESD controls, circuit diagrams, and electronics. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.

Responsibilities: Supervisor - oversees and participates in the day-to-day final assembly operations of electronic components and electromechanical products. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet quality standards, product specifications, and production targets. Collaborate with the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to resolve technical issues, implement process improvements, and meet quality standards. Inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials storage.  Maintains electronic product records and data entry in ERP software.  Manages and monitors storage of purchased parts and finished goods.  Establishes procedures and conducts year-end physical inventory.
