Electronics Quality Technician

Join a global leader in automation and control solutions based in Warren, Ohio. We are looking for a dedicated Electronics Quality Technician who is passionate about ensuring product quality and testing electronic assemblies. This role supports a company that develops innovative automation products, including remote controls, control panels, and monitoring systems. You'll be part of a dynamic team, performing hands-on testing, calibration, and documentation to maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract To Hire position offering growth potential.

Hours:
1st Shift – Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (start time may vary after interview)

Pay:
$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform verification and validation of electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies
  • Adjust, calibrate, and align electronic and mechanical components as needed
  • Maintain accurate and complete quality records
  • Verify proper assembly and function of products against drawings and specifications
  • Follow test specifications, procedures, and verbal instructions to ensure quality and performance
  • Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate degree in electronics or equivalent hands-on electronics experience
  • Working knowledge of multimeters, Ohm’s Law, and basic electronic components
  • Proficiency with hand tools such as soldering irons, wire cutters/strippers, and screwdrivers
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply written work instructions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with electronic calibration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of electronic testing equipment and procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree in electronics or related field
  • Previous experience in electronics testing or quality assurance

Other Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform testing and calibration tasks
  • Ability to work on-site at our Warren, OH location
