Electronics Quality Technician

Join a global leader in automation and control solutions, located in Warren, Ohio. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Electronics Quality Technician to join our team and help ensure the quality of our electronic products and assemblies. This role involves evaluating manufactured electronic products, performing testing and calibration, and maintaining accurate documentation. Hours:
1st Shift – Monday to Friday
Start: 07:00 AM
End: 04:00 PM (Start time may vary slightly after the interview)

Pay:
$18.00/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and validate electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies
  • Adjust, calibrate, and align electronic and mechanical components as needed
  • Maintain accurate and complete quality records
  • Check products against drawings and specifications for proper assembly and function
  • Follow test procedures, specifications, and verbal instructions to ensure quality and performance
  • Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate degree in electronics or comparable hands-on electronics experience
  • Working knowledge of multimeters, Ohm’s Law, and basic electronic components
  • Experience with hand tools such as soldering irons, wire cutters/strippers, and screwdrivers
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality testing environment
  • Previous calibration or testing certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree in electronics
  • Hands-on electronic assembly or testing experience (1+ years preferred)

Other Requirements:
  • On-site work environment required
  • Ability to lift and handle electronic components and tools
