Description

Key Requirements:
  • At least 6+ months of soldering experience on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Experience with component-level electrical repair.
  • Minimum of 2 years working as an electronics technician.
  • Ability to pass a Technical Aptitude Test, if required.
  • Knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and theory.
  • Proficient in using test equipment.
  • Skilled in soldering and desoldering.
  • Capability to troubleshoot to the component level.
  • Experience handling hard drives while following ESD standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient computer skills for data recording.
Job Duties:
  • Maintain, test, and repair electrical/electronic components.
  • Diagnose and resolve component-level issues.
  • Read and interpret schematics.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting.
  • Provide training and support to other technicians.
  • Follow quality performance standards.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Follow warehouse safety rules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Willingness to learn and improve skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
Education:
  • Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent certification/experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work in a warehouse environment.
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for long periods.
  • Bend, push, pull, twist, and reach repetitively.
