Role: Technician/ Electronics Repair Technician
Location: Rialto, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tech B (Electronics Repair Technician) to perform component-level troubleshooting, testing, repair, and soldering of electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role supports the repair and maintenance of radio antennas, amplifier transmitters, and related electronic equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering, PCB diagnostics, and electronic repair. Candidates must successfully pass a soldering skills assessment during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform component-level troubleshooting, testing, and repair of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Conduct through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) soldering and rework.
  • Repair and maintain radio antennas, amplifier transmitters, and other electronic equipment.
  • Diagnose electronic failures and replace defective components.
  • Perform functional testing and quality inspections on repaired products.
  • Accurately document repair activities and test results.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and repair tracking.
  • Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production and repair goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in electronics repair and soldering.
  • Experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
  • Component-level PCB troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit board functionality.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Comfortable working with large electronic equipment weighing 50+ lbs.
  • Must pass a soldering skills test and technical interview.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to handle and maneuver heavy electronic equipment.
  • Ability to perform detailed soldering and inspection tasks.
  • Must wear safety-toe shoes while working on-site.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with RF equipment, radio systems, or amplifier transmitters.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or test environments.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
