Description:
Are you experienced with computer hardware, electronics testing, or troubleshooting? We're seeking a Electronics Repair Technician to join a growing team where you'll diagnose, test, and repair returned electronic equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and wants a long-term position with a four-day workweek.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect returned electronic equipment
• Perform diagnostic testing using computer-based testing tools
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and determine root cause
• Repair products or determine when equipment should be scrapped
• Document testing results and repair activity in company systems (training provided)
• Configure hardware and software as needed
• Maintain organized repair inventory and replacement parts
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Follow safety and ESD procedures while meeting quality and productivity goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of electronics repair, testing, computer repair, or related technical experience
• Experience troubleshooting computer hardware or electronic equipment
• Ability to read wiring schematics and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with inventory or ERP/CRM systems is a plus (NetSuite experience not required)
