Summary The Electronics Technician will play a vital role in our Maintenance Department. The role involves operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production software, hardware, and database management across multiple facilities, along with diagnosing malfunctions, performing tests, and following technical manuals to ensure equipment functions properly.Responsibilities Perform periodic analysis of hardware and software using available technology and testing tools.Install and repair electronic equipment.Align and calibrate cables and wiring.Monitor and report on project progress.Estimate damage and calculate the cost of materials.Test system functionality and analyze data.Repair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structures.Read and comprehend complex manuals and diagrams.Update reports and maintain inventory.Collaborate with engineers and the maintenance team on technical tasks.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and incorporate new technology into existing units.Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of SQL databases and tools for electronic repairs.Skill in control systems with basic electrical skills.Proficient problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Process-driven, analytical, and strong technical knowledge.Advanced knowledge of databases and network management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.All requirements and skills are considered essential, unless otherwise indicated.Mowi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.The above job description is not an all-encompassing list of duties and responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
