Job Title and LocationELECTRONICS TECH II Communications – Marshall Islands (KWAJALEIN and ROI‑NAMUR, Tax Incentive Location).DutiesMaintaining communications and navigation systems.Repair, adjust and align CM300 radio, Interim Voice Switch Replacement (IVSR), and National Airspace Voice Recorder (NVR) systems to pass certification and periodic flight checks.Using specialized test equipment and software‑controlled diagnostics to isolate malfunctions.Repairing mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub‑assemblies.Tuning, aligning, and adjusting equipment utilizing digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, logic analyzers and other related test equipment.Inspecting equipment at specified intervals to determine operational status.Performing operational checks.Maintaining inspection and maintenance records.Operating advanced test equipment and test sets for the associated CNS equipment.Providing mentorship and supervising Electronics Technicians I.RequirementsEducation : High School diploma or GED. Formal electronics training from a technical school, Class A/C military school in electronics for communications and navigation systems, or a three‑year electronics apprentice program with experience with the listed system types.US citizen (selected applicant will be subject to a government security background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements).Minimum of three (3) years of hands‑on work experience in support of installations, repair, troubleshooting or maintenance of electronic systems or equipment.Must be a graduate of high school or a trade school & possess a valid US driver's license with photo.Experience in training and assisting lower‑level technicians and solving unusually complex problems with independent judgment.Experience performing preventive maintenance on ground radio communications systems and related equipment, inspecting equipment at specified intervals, determining operational status, replacing defective components, performing operational checks, and maintaining inspection and maintenance records.Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000 +/- yearly salary (tax‑free incentives).
