Electronics Technician
1st Shift - Direct Hire position!
Job Summary: Assemble, troubleshoot and repair electronics and related parts for electronic and fiber assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Follow Automated Machinery and Electrical Safety Practices and Standards
- Wiring Electronic Assemblies
- Alteration and Modification of pre-fabricated electrical enclosures
- Soldering including but not limited to: Through-hole and surface mount components, Wire and cable assemblies
- RF cable assembly (BNC, SMA, etc.)
- Fiber assemblies including: Fusion splicing, Cleaving, Lapping, Terminations
- Ethernet & Serial cabling assembly
- Occasional mechanical assembly
Qualifications
- Technical school – 1 years minimum with 2 years’ work experience preferred
- Electrical test equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical wiring schematics
- NFPA and NEC electrical standards
- AutoCAD Electrical
