They will manage incident tickets, respond to help desk requests, and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
Additionally, the role involves researching technical specifications, equipment configurations, and installation plans to determine requirements, procure necessary equipment and services, and support the overall functionality of radio communications systems.
