This role is for an Electronics Test Engineer supporting environmental testing of aerospace and defense electronics products throughout their lifecycle. The engineer will develop test plans, coordinate testing with labs, analyze results, and prepare documentation. Responsibilities include evaluating testing needs, troubleshooting setups, selecting equipment, and improving test processes. Candidates need an AS or BS in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience, with strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills. Experience with climatic, vibration, shock testing, and instrumentation is essential. Familiarity with CAD, data acquisition software, and aerospace or defense testing is preferred.
