Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: $18+/hr
Job Type: Full-TimeInova Staffing is hiring an Electropolish / Passivate / Wash Operator for a precision machining company in Painesville, OH. This position is responsible for operating finishing equipment and ensuring parts are processed correctly and meet quality standards.Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed processing instructions for each job
• Load and unload parts onto fixtures
• Operate electropolish, passivation, and wash equipment
• Adjust machine settings including volts, amps, temperature, and processing time
• Inspect finished parts using gauges, microscopes, and other inspection equipment
• Monitor equipment, gauges, controls, and timers
• Maintain chemical levels and finishing systems
• Clean tanks, contacts, and equipment as needed
• Follow all required chemical and workplace safety procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and English skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions
• Manufacturing, machining, or metal finishing experience is preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable working around chemicals and following safety procedures
