Provide standards-based instruction aligned to the Arkansas Academic Standards and district curriculum. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based instruction grounded in the Science of Reading to meet the diverse needs of all students. Performance Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver standards-based instruction
Implement systematic literacy instruction aligned to the Science of Reading
Differentiate instruction to meet student needs
Assess and monitor student progress
Maintain a safe and effective classroom environment
Communicate with parents/guardians regularly
Participate in professional development and collaborative planning
Maintain accurate records in compliance with requirements
Integrate instructional technology
Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility
Perform other duties as assigned
