Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
- Incorporate Christian values and teachings into daily lessons and activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in educational practices.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Profess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- State certification or licensure for teaching Elementary or Middle School Education.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a classroom or daycare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a Christian learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Proficiency in classroom management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to participate in school events and community outreach programs.
