Description: Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in English and Spanish across core subjects Support students' language acquisition using NJSLS/WIDA standards and best instructional practices Differentiate instruction to meet varying academic and language proficiency levels Assess student progress regularly and adapt lessons to support growth Create a positive, culturally responsive classroom environment Collaborate with grade-level teams, ESL staff, and support personnel *Communicate regularly with families and encourage family engagement
Qualifications/Requirements: NJ Elementary Teacher certification with Bilingual/Bicultural endorsement required Must be fluent in speaking Spanish/English BA/BS from an accredited college/university Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Starting Salary Range: $64,234.-$88,724.
