Provide curriculum leadership and support classroom instruction to ensure an aligned, effective program that improves academic achievement, especially for disadvantaged students.
Require a valid Texas teaching certificate, with a master’s in education administration or curriculum preferred, along with five years of classroom experience and technology skills.
Responsibilities include leading instructional programs, staying current with curriculum research, collaborating with staff, reviewing and revising curriculum, evaluating instructional materials, and supporting staff development.
Coordinate assessments, serve on committees, pursue grants, and represent the district professionally.
Plan and deliver staff training, support teachers, analyze data, and maintain records, performing other duties as assigned.
