Middletown Township Public Schools is looking for a qualified Health & Physical Education teacher at Harmony Elementary

Health & Physical Education Teacher

Position available: 8/27/2026 - 6/30/2027

Qualifications:

• NJ Health & Physical Education certificate required
• Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificate preferred
• CPR and AED certificates or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of the NJ Student Learning Standards for Comprehensive Health and Physical Education
• Knowledge of current best practices in Health and Physical Education
• Experience in differentiating instruction and utilizing inclusive teaching strategies
• Knowledge of Least Restrictive Environment regulations
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Knowledge of Google for Education

The Middletown Township School District offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Terms of Employment:

• Salary Range: $60,673 - $126,533 (as per the negotiated contract and commensurate with experience), Click here for summary of salary and benefits
