Position Posting: ELEMENTARY INTERVENTION SPECIALIST TEACHER
Crestview Local Schools, Van Wert County, Ohio is seeking a professional educator certified to
teach children with learning disabilities. The position is effective for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- hold a proper certification and/or licensure for state of Ohio as follows:
Intervention Specialist K-12 Mild/Moderate (196140) or
Primary Intervention Specialist P-5
- embrace collaborative work with administration and in teacher-based teams;
- have knowledge and experience with standards-based instructional practices, formative assessment methods and educational technology;
- have knowledge in identification and service of students with special education needs;
- embrace opportunities to work with parents in supporting student learning with a strong desire to see all students succeed.
