Elementary Launch Teacher - Grade 5

Brockton Public Schools is looking for Grade 5 Elementary Launch Teaching position

• Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents
• Ability to collect and interpret data for instructional purposes
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with WIDA and CCSS Standards
• Provide elementary school multilingual learners in self-contained setting for content and language learning
• Develop and implement Sheltered Instruction lesson plans aligned to student proficiency levels and grade level standards
• Participate in professional development trainings and collaborate with the assigned English language acquisition coach
