• Credential Copy (Valid Single Subjects Credential in Music or equivalent required.)
• English Learner Authorization (CLAD, BCLAD or equivalent)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 recent letters, dated within the past 2 years.)
• Resume
