The School District of Poynette is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and highly motivated educator to fill an elementary music teaching vacancy for the 2026-27 school year. The individual will provide instruction and assessment of students in grades (K-4th grade). Candidates must have strong instructional skills, work well with others, and an understanding of standards-based report cards is desired.

Poynette is a wonderful community that takes pride in our schools and fully supports our innovative educational goals. Located 25 minutes north of Madison, Poynette is a small, high achieving district nestled between some of Wisconsin's finest waterways, prairies, hiking trails, and trout streams. Poynette Elementary School is a six-year-old building with great collaboration, planning, and learning spaces for students and staff. Our school has scored Significantly Exceeds Expectations 3 years in a row on the Wisconsin DPI school report card.

Must have appropriate DPI license or proof of eligibility.
