Position Detail
- One position available in the elementary school office
- 2026-2027 school year (start August 3, 2026)
- 40 hours per week/240 days per year
- Pay per office manager classification per support staff contract
- Compensation and Benefits per collective bargaining agreement
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred
- 2 years of secretarial experience required; 5+ years of secretarial experience preferred
- Some administrative assistant college classes or documented professional development
Minimum Experience and Characteristics
- Professional representative of the school district
- Experience with Word, Excel, Google suite and/or any student management systems
- Capability to multi task, prioritize, and delegate duties under stressful conditions
- Ability to establish professional relationships with students, staff and parents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible with daily routines
- All other duties as assigned by Building Principal
