The Kaukauna Area School District is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-centered Elementary Physical Education Teacher to join our exceptional team of educators at both Dr. H.B. Tanner Early Learning Center (in the mornings) and Victor Haen Elementary School (in the afternoons). This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) licensure in Physical Education.
  • Strong understanding of elementary physical education curriculum and instructional best practices.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging standards-based physical education instruction for elementary learners.
  • Promote lifelong fitness, healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.
  • Assess student learning and communicate progress effectively with families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student success and contribute to a positive school culture.
  • Maintain a safe and well-organized learning environment.
