Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
Valid teaching certification for grades 1-6 in New Jersey or working on the certification.
Experience in elementary education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Passion for fostering a love of learning and encouraging student growth.
