Elementary School Assistant Principal (Grades 4-6)

Oradell Public School is a 800 student K-6 school in Bergen County. The OPS motto is "our children . . . our hope . . . our future." We meet each learner where they are and move them along the continuum toward meeting and exceeding the New Jersey Student Learning Standards. We believe elementary school is a time to nurture and develop the whole child. The district is accepting applicants for an elementary assistant principal to work with teachers and students in grades 4-6. This is a a 12-month position.

Qualifications:

• Five years minimum successful elementary teaching experience;
• Knowledge of best practices for creating a positive school climate;
• Background in curriculum, instruction and assessment;
• Strong interpersonal skills

Certification/License:

• New Jersey State Principal Certification as required for position.
• Criminal History Review

Salary Range:

• $120,000 - $140,000
