Qualifications:
Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
Knowledge of behavioral characteristics typically associated with Autism, Emotional/Behavior Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, etc.
Role Overview: As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create program for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, in-person only
Dates: SY26/27 August 17, 2026 - May 28, 2027 (estimated based on school calendar)
Hours: 8: 30am- 3: 30pm with a 30-minute duty free lunch
Setting: 4-5 classrooms alongside 5 other BCBAs
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting and analyzing FBA/BIP data to guide intervention planning
Supporting staff and students during crises, including situations involving physical aggression and restraints
Collaborating with teachers, related service providers, and paraprofessionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
Developing preventative and proactive behavior supports to promote positive learning environments
Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
Attending team meetings and contributing to IEP development, particularly around behavior goals and supports
