Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly qualified Music Teacher to fill a a long-term leave as a substitute. Assignment dates: September 3 - November 13, 2026 Teaching music to K-6 elementary school students. Advanced piano proficiency and experience with musical theater productions preferred. Interviews will be held late July or early August as needed until filled. Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted by Montecito Union District Staff. Start Date: September 3, 2026 This position involves providing music instruction to elementary-aged students and creating a classroom environment that supports learning and personal growth. The substitute teacher will build positive relationships with students and motivate them to develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to learn and progress in music.
